Coming On Board Is Easy

The first step to our engagement  is an easy on-boarding process.

  • We work together to fill out a pre-audit questionnaire
  • We schedule a kick off meeting where you meet our management team, and your primary point of contact
  • We schedule and perform an onsite and/or remote audit of your IT
  • We set up a review meeting to go over our findings, and deliver a detailed audit report to you as our first deliverable
  • If there are best practices or recommendations in the audit report we choose act on, our engineering team will get to work on those right away
  • We conduct a training for everyone in your organization and get everyone on to our Support Portal
  • We set regular strategy meeting with your Business Technology Advisor
